We're looking for potential over credentials. While things like a university degree can be helpful, they are not required. If you are over 18, can legally work in Egypt, and have a powerful drive to solve problems and build things as part of a team, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Our financial model is a sponsorship, not a salary. It includes a foundational stipend that grows quarterly as you advance through the program. More importantly, we focus on team-based bonuses. When your team successfully delivers on a project, everyone on the team shares in the reward. We believe in rewarding collective achievement.

You will gain hard technical skills relevant to real-world projects.
